Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with a service, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a refund may be issued. Due to this immediate commencement of work, we do not offer standard refunds once payment has been made. Our team begins investing time and resources from day one—understanding your requirements, designing project architecture, and setting up development environments.

However, in exceptional situations where there is a valid and unavoidable reason for discontinuing the project, and provided that no significant development work has commenced, we may review the case. In such rare instances, a partial refund may be considered. This refund, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after a thorough evaluation and deduction of initial consultation or resource allocation costs.

We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly review our services, resolve any queries in advance, and proceed only when fully confident and clear about the engagement.
