The Terms & Conditions of Star Info Lab outline the rules, responsibilities, and obligations for users accessing our website, digital services, and online solutions. By using our website or services, clients agree to comply with these terms. Our Terms & Conditions ensure transparency, legal clarity, and safe use of our services for businesses, startups, and individual clients in Kolkata and beyond. 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Star Info Lab, including but not limited to software development, IT solutions, digital marketing, web services, and technical support. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered
Star Info Lab provides the following services: Software and Application Development, Website Design and Development, Backend and Frontend Development, Digital Marketing and SEO, Technical Support and IT Consulting, and Custom ERP and CRM Solutions. All services are subject to the scope and specifications defined in a separate service agreement or quotation shared with the client.

3. Payment Terms
All projects require an advance payment of [30% to 50%] based on the agreed-upon quotation. Remaining payments must be cleared upon completion or at defined project milestones. Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service-specific agreement.

4. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon in writing. Delays caused due to client unresponsiveness, scope changes, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Star Info Lab. Any change in project scope or additional features may alter the timeline and cost.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, credentials, data, and approvals in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for verifying deliverables and providing feedback during review phases. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery; after that, the project will be considered closed.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property (IP) developed during the project will remain the property of Star Info Lab until full payment is received. Upon full payment, IP rights will be transferred to the client unless specified otherwise in the contract. Star Info Lab reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose any business-sensitive data without written consent.

8. Warranty and Support
Star Info Lab provides 30 days of free bug-fixing support post-delivery (unless stated otherwise). Support beyond the initial warranty period will be chargeable. We do not guarantee uptime or performance of third-party services (e.g., hosting, APIs).

9. Limitation of Liability
Star Info Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid dues must be settled, and all project-related assets shall be returned or destroyed as per mutual agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

12. Modifications
Star Info Lab reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of major changes via email or website update.
